Your property tax dollars at work...

The CSD receives a portion of the property taxes collected to help support District needs. The majority of the these funds go to reduce the homeowner's taxes to support the Fire Department, but a small amount is held to take care of District owned property. You will see these few dollars at work keeping the District owned roads in good repair, removing dead trees from District property, or performing other odd jobs. As these "Bills" are few, they are working their hardest to do the work needed. So when you see a "Bill" hard at work, give him a wave and maybe a lemonade.
